This page explains how DecoCompare handles information submitted through the website.
When you request quotes, we collect the details needed to understand the enquiry: your name, email, phone number if provided, organisation name, delivery area, garment requirements, artwork status, budget range, deadline and project notes.
We may also receive basic technical information such as the page requested, browser type and server logs used to keep the website working.
We use quote request information to review your brief, contact you about the enquiry and, where appropriate, match the request with relevant garment decoration, workwear, embroidery or print suppliers.
We do not sell enquiry details as a mailing list. If supplier matching is used, only relevant details needed to quote the job should be shared with suitable suppliers.
The site can send an internal lead notification and a buyer confirmation email so your quote request can be reviewed and followed up.
Quote request details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, manage follow-up and maintain basic records.
You can ask for your enquiry details to be corrected or deleted. You can also ask what information has been collected about a quote request.
For privacy questions, use the contact page and include the email address used on the enquiry so the request can be located accurately.
